History of A Serene Touch
A Serene Touch Day Spa and Salon was founded in 2010. Originally started off with just minimum services including basic manicures, pedicures, waxing and hair services. Throughout our journey we added tanning and acrylic nails. We were located at our 121 West Main Street, Waterville location for eight years. A Serene Touch has since moved to 111 East Main Street, Waterville which is right down the street! At our new location not only have we tripled our space but we have again added to our services including formal and permeant makeup. We are excited to share our new look and services with our amazing clientele.

Owner/Cosmetologist
Erica Biedermann was born and raised in Madison. Erica completed her cosmetology requirements at Madison- Oneida BOCES while attended high school at Madison Central. After graduation she then attended Bryant and Stratton College and obtained her business management degree. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2007. Owning her own salon has been a life long dream. She truly enjoys her profession and clients that have turned into family. She enjoys working with the public and providing clients with a relaxing, friendly atmosphere in her dream salon and spa. She has experience with a variety of services but specializes in updos and wedding parties.

Nail Technician
Sharon Stiles Resides in Waterville with her husband. She has three children that she raised in Waterville. Sharon has been doing manicures, and pedicures for over thirty years. She specializes in acrylic nails. She has been working with our team at A Serene Touch for over four years. She truly enjoys her profession and loves her life long clients.

Permanent Cosmetic Artist
Hillary Stoltz is a native of Vernon, NY. Hillary obtained her masters degree in Art Therapy from Seton Hill University in 2016. After achieving her masters degree, she continued her education through successfully completing a one-on-one 100 hour individual training course in permanent cosmetics. She was trained by a lifetime member of the SPCP (Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals), who has been practicing the art of Permanent Cosmetics for over 30 years. Hillary received her certificate of completion for this course in August of 2017. She specializes in permanent eyeliner, permanent full lip, permanent brows, microbladed brows, and hybrid brows (a combination of microblading and permanent brows).

Spray Tanner
Shana Biedermann was born and raised in Madison.
